Voters and Star Moffatt, (2016) California State Senate Candidate have become victims of “Election Rigging” by a California Democratic Opponent and are now disenfranchised.

Delegate Nominee Caucus Day: January 30, 2016, was challenging for Star as she faced what she believes to be political corruption head on.

When asked why Star claimed, that there was “Election Rigging” and why she contested the Senate Delegate Nominee Caucus Election, which now has the eyes and attention of the Federal United States Department of Justice, she said that she came to learn several weeks prior that her opponent was having Delegates pre-sign, pre-date, fax and email Delegate Ballots, to the Convener, well before the actual Delegate Nominee Caucus. “I was told to keep my eyes wide open. I was also told that I would in fact lose, the California Senate Democratic Nomination due to an “Election Rigging,” scheme by my California Democratic opponent.”

Do any of you recall Blagojevich? Blagojevich is now serving a Federal prison term for selling out a Senate Seat? And now, we have a few corrupt politicians and a Democratic opponent attempting similar tactics, that impact California Voter’s as well as Star Moffatt. I will stand up on behalf of our voters against such “pay-to-play” political tactics. Election rigging disenfranchises the voter’s right to choose their candidate, said Star Moffatt.

Star went on to say that “California Citizen’s are tired of corrupt politicians and she has taken steps to make sure there is voter integrity in 2016.” When I asked Star what steps she had taken to protect the voters she went on to say, that she filed complaints with both the California Secretary of State and the U.S. Department of Justice. The U.S. Department of Justice is to be commended, because they seem to have taken this matter more seriously than the California Secretary of State.

Star Moffatt is definitely a “True American” in upholding her fiduciary duty to protect Voter’s rights. Star informed me the U.S. Department of Justice has now opened an Investigation against her Democratic opponent Jonathon Ervin, pursuant to the Voters Rights Act of 1965.

There are those who make claims, and those that actually do something. It is apparent that Star Moffatt, third generation family member of the United States Military (Army), born in the military and raised in the military is standing up for voters, including veterans and active duty military soldiers.

Star is also continuing to exemplify the Seven Core Army Values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage in her civilian life by standing up for Voters, Veterans and our Men and Women in Uniform. Despite being gamed by some local political thugs.

Isn’t it great that the U.S. DOJ is stepping up to verify what is really going on within the California Democratic Party, my Democratic opponent Jonathon Ervin and other political figure heads and just maybe we might get our State back!

Star Moffatt, is a California State Senate Candidate, woman Veteran co-owner of Moffatt Law Firm and the California Democratic Party Nominee, is also the first female Senate Democrat to have ever won 114,000 (43%) votes in the General Election of 2012 and became one of the “Top Two” California Senate Candidates. Star Moffatt is now running a second time, for the California State Senate.

Star closed by saying that she looks forward to the U.S. DOJ, making its own determination to the extent of the alleged corruption that transpired on January 30, 2016, at the Delegate Nominee Caucus day.

I am pleased to announce that Moffatt Law Firm – (Law offices of Jeffrey Moffatt), is embarking upon a proud historical moment.

We are in the process of making history within the United States Supreme Court, the highest court of our land.

Our firm has filed a Writ of Certiorari (Petition), within the United States Supreme Court and Counsel of Record is Jeffrey D. Moffatt.

The Writ of Certiorari – is associated with the landmark case of Roe V. Wade.

The purpose of the Writ of Certiorari (Petition) is to legally bring social change and reform to the State of Michigan Family Law Court and Family Law Courts throughout the United States.

QUESTIONS PRESENTED

Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113,93 S. Ct. 705,35 L. Ed. 2d 147,1973, established that the ability to have or not have a child is a fundamental right, and protected under the continuum of liberty. Equally protected is the fundamental right to be a family, and this is also a continuum of liberty.

The twilight zone questions become:
1.How do Family Law Court systems throughout the United States and specifically the Family Law Court of Michigan come to be the only court that is exempt from various provisions of the continuum of liberty, as well as significant portions of the United States Federal Constitution?

2.Whether the Family Law Court systems throughout the United States and specifically the Family Law Court of Michigan have the unfettered right to cause disparate treatment, by failing to uphold United States Federal Constitutional laws, prescribed within Roe vs. Wade, applicable to the Fourteenth Amendment.

Place Teacher's Aides back into Public School Classrooms

Moffatt, Calvillo, Rodriquez Paraprofessional, Instructional Aides and Teachers’ Aides Act

The Legislatures of the State of California do enact the Moffatt, Calvillo, Rodriquez Paraprofessional, Instructional Aides and Teachers’ Aides Act. This act is to amend the Education Code §45330, §45343 & §45360 by placing Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides or Teacher’s Aides back into public school class rooms.

Many public schools throughout California do not have Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides or Teachers Aides, in the majority of classrooms, after First (1st) grade.

Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides or Teachers Aides, who are placed back in the classrooms their hourly threshold, will be a minimum of 5.75 hours per day.

The threshold of 5.75 hours per day for Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides or Teachers Aides, benefits Teachers and Students, since the average classroom size is 30 Students.

Paraprofessionals along with Instructional Aides or Teachers Aides placed back into the class rooms will improve instruction time, classroom management and overcome difficulties with other students who need a little more attention, than other students.

Teachers do matter, because they are the backbone to our student’s future...

We are writing to you on behalf of the One World Blue Corporation to express to you and give our support and encouragement to the Palmdale Water District for its plans regarding the restoration of the Little Rock Dam.

Noting, our organization came to learn about the Little Rock Dam issue from Mrs. Star Moffatt, who expressed; that it appears one of your agency’s goals is to find ecological balance within the region with the relocation of the Arroyo Toad to a safe location in another habitat and/or sanctuary.
This is an admirable project and you have our full support in its endeavors. Our network, Blupela.com, that our corporation has established to bring Social and Planetary Healing to our world, has a component within it called Planet Sanctuary that is dedicated entirely to the conservation and harmony of our ecosystems and wildlife within our Global Society.
We would like to share with you some of our thoughts regarding our philosophy when it comes to Planetary Conservation and Ecological Restoration. Please feel free to contact us further regarding any questions or assistance we may be able to provide for you regarding this critical and crucial endeavor you are seeking to complete which will allow alleviation for the current water crisis that your region is now facing. These thoughts below are what One World Blue and the Planet Sanctuary program hold to be true and incorporate in our perspective for Global Planetary Education and Awareness for Conservation.
Our approach at One World Blue to Planetary Conservation is a Holistic one, meaning conservation has to take into account all components to an ecosystem and environment and that includes the balance of all life within. That means to say that often when speaking about and addressing conservation issues, some conservation groups and advocates may focus on an issue without considering the complete totality and balance of life within that ecosystem or region.

The totality of life includes the human dimension and is a primary and important factor. This totality of life including human habitation within that system by logic and reason inherently draws in the human dimension and dynamics and they must be taken into the proper consideration when working to achieve ecological balance. This perspective is a true holistic one and is therefore mindful of all life that inhabits a particular region. With the intelligence and wisdom that has been bestowed upon us, we as a stewards of the Earth must work diligently to preserve all life and conservation and at the same time understand and incorporate our needs for survival and peaceful existence within that system to achieve harmony and balance within.

Often conservation issues look at the ecology of an area and its habitat with life within with the perspective of posing humans as the main actors and destructive deterrent on the ecosystem. While there is validation and merit in this approach and of course undoubted evidence that human habitation without conscious effort to live in balance with our environment has served to create havoc on our Planet, it may be amiss not to take into consideration that humans are also inherently by definition part of the particular ecosystem and must be weighed and valued accordingly in the effort to achieve proper balance.

A holistic approach includes everyone and everything and cannot view human life as just the culprit and demon to the problem. It must take into consideration the preciousness of all life and the conscious effort of how to achieve balance, especially in relation to ensuring the survival and protection of human life and not deterring or impeding any possible outcome that a conservation effort or injunction may impose upon human survival.

We must work diligently to find solutions to our Planet that also include the progress and preservation of humankind in the total picture while at the same time have the diligent concern and desire within to care for and protect all of the Earth's creatures and precious resources. This is a balanced holistic approach and this is what we believe, educate and stand for. It is a moderate and healthy approach to working towards conservation efforts and solutions to our Planet.

With this said, we would like to endorse your efforts within the Palmdale Water District to actively seek and work toward this conservation effort regarding the restoration of the Little Rock Dam. We understand this restoration also includes your protection and consideration of the life and survival of the Arroyo Toad within the scope of the project.

We feel that a project in which you may relocate the Arroyo Toad to another safe habitat or sanctuary is a worthwhile and meritorious project and one in which you are being mindful and environmentally conscious of the survival of this particular species. At the same time you are placing first and foremost the critical and crucial needs of your population within your region to have access to safe water for drinking and daily use.

This is a mindful project and one in which falls within the scope and understanding of the philosophy within our Planet Sanctuary Module and within the goals and aspirations of the One World Blue Corporation for Social and Planetary Healing.
