Hi Andy, I appreciate your concern. I was informed that government money was misused to undermine child protection in my case. Experts estimate that $500,000,000.00 of government money is misused to undermine child protection for 58,000 children.
Instead of helping children, welfare reform created a new breed of dangerous Welfare Kings through HHS Office of Child Support Enforcement when it began using non-needs based TANF programs to subsidize the homes and legal battles of the unfit, unwilling, and violent fathers like mass murderer John Muhammad, the Beltway Sniper. Barry Goldstein notes “. . . . [a]nother problem is the cottage industry of lawyers and psychologists that make their money by helping abusive [parents].  The fact that most contested custody cases are actually domestic violence cases and the abusers control the money makes it lucrative for these professionals to support practices that favor abusive parents.  “
