What inspired me to become a personal trainer?
I have always had a passion in helping others improve their overall fitness goals and be a positive motivator anywhere I go. Through my dedication and commitment to living a healthier lifestyle, I have transformed my physique and overall improved my fitness performance. With my energetic personality and knowledgeable personal training skills, I can truly make a dramatic difference in the health and well being of my clients that are life changing.
What are the key factors I attribute to the success of my personal training career?
I have a unique ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others regardless of physical fitness level and abilities. By making a strong commitment to my own health and fitness, I have been an inspiration to others. I have been able to lead by example. I always have a positive exceptional attitude and understand that each client is unique and special. I develop a customized fitness and health plan that creates an enthusiastic outlook for each client…….giving them the results they want to achieve!!
