What's this? The list of who you connected to, and who connected with you, is normally public. This can help you and others find like minded or interesting people to connect with. But if necessary you can hide this connection, and it will not be visible to anyone, not even the person you are connecting to.

The world was created for Adam and only Adam, He alone. Since he was the highest of All of Hashem's Army, he fell the furthest. The higher you are the futher you fall. Since each and everyone of us are all a collective part of Adam, this song Oneg, is fitting on this eve of Passover. If not only each of the members of Israel can all say this, Hashem would take us home. But He still will regardless because of His Love for us and All of Creation. Whatever happens to us starts within. The outside only reflects what is in. If we remove from the inside the problem we have, the outside problems will also disappear. Thank you to the great great grandson who gave me the blessing just not so long ago. Thank you also to Naphtali Noah who spent the night with me in the Kever, of this tzadik so many years ago. You are a blessing. I give you a bracha you complete yourself as well. In the highest world we are truly one, in these lower worlds we are also all truly One. We just dont realize it down here. Thank you to Reb Gutman for thereisone. May we all truly be blessed with peace first in our hearts and then in the world. Oneg you have also now served such a great deed to mankind with your song Only I you have written. I myself take full responsibilty in my life for all of my successes and failures. I would like to ask forgiveness in those areas where I have not done the best I can. I do realize it starts with me. Only me.....We are all truly One. Please let us all realize that. My love and blessings, 14th Nissan, 5776.

Music Oneg Shemesh

Oneg Shemesh.png

I am happy to spotlight Oneg Shemesh! He is to me a very pure soul. He has a great heart. He prays with sincerity and he has a beautiful voice. What talent. He truly carries on the spirit of his Rebbe, Reb Shlomo Carlebach, who was also very dear to me. When I visited the moshav many years ago, I was blessed to pray there and to find that the gate of tefillah (prayer) at the Carlebach Moshav was one of Love. True and Pure Love. That was Reb Shlomo. I am happy to say that I find that spirit in Oneg. He has been taught well and carried on this tradition of Ahavas Yisrael and also Love of all of Hashem's creation.

You can find his music at http://www.onegshemesh.com/ and order online.

This one is a favorite of my wife Baila, and I, myself. I thank her so very much for teaching me so many things over these past six years. She has truly completed me and my purpose for existence.

Here is a bio for Oneg. Please enjoy the video at the end:

Having shared the stage with countless great Jewish music stars, among them hassidic reggae star Matisyahu, as well as Soul Farm, and Moshav band, Oneg produces music with an edge, combining contemporary musical concepts, styles and sounds with classic midrashic, kabbalistic and scriptural inspiration.
Among his musical mentors is the Father of modern Jewish music, the legendary Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, and those early days together were some good and very special spiritual and musical times.

In his own words: “I grew up in Israel on Moshav Mevo Modiim founded by the late Rebbe Shlomo Carlebach, Z"L. I had the great privilege of spending much of my time with the Rebbe, accompanying him on guitar and drawing from his wealth of knowledge. After finishing my army career and service, I joined The Moshav Band (as a founding member) and toured with them throughout Israel, the United States and Canada.”

He is presently living in New York, and does concert performances wherever Jews are found (or lost...). In addition, he leads Shabbatonim and Holiday Davening using, among other styles, the chazanut nusach of Reb Carlebach, bringing joy and happiness to communities around the world while trying (and succeeding!) to live up to his name ONEG which means utmost joy. Among his biggest admirers are his 3, beautiful children.

“My music is not just a melody with words, my music is prayer. Our sages teach us that singing the words is like praying twice; the first time for the words themselves, and the second time for the song. This is the highest form of prayer. I hope that my music finds you wherever you are and reminds you how beautiful is our Judaism, how beautiful is our tradition, and how beautiful is our love for Hashem.
