​ABC is a full service rehearsal facility. We have rehearsal rooms for bands, artists, DJ's, or for whatever other needs you may have. All rooms have 24 hour access, restroom facilities, and close parking. We have rooms starting at $150.00/month. ​ McKees Rocks convenient to downtown Pittsburgh. security cameras and key coded entries. Our 24 hour access allows you to play as loud as you want all day, every day!

How long has ABC been operating?

Dan: About 24 years

How many spaces are available?

Dan: Roughly 35 monthly rental rooms and 1 hourly room with full backline, PA, lights, stage, and drum riser

Are there various sized rooms and do the prices fluctuate based on that?

DAN: Yes, all rooms are different sizes and prices

Are you a musician? How did you get into wanting to open up rehearsal space for bands?

DAN: Yes I am a musician. We felt this was a market in Pittsburgh that was untapped.

How many bands currently rent from you?

DAN: We are currently full so 35. But, we are considering building more because we have a waiting list.

I noticed on your site it says a "full service" rehearsal facility, is that also in regard to some instruments being available? How soundproofed are the rooms? Are the rooms carpeted, etc?

Dan: Yes, the rooms are all all sound proof and carpeted. We do offer a full service room with amps, drums, PA system, lights, and stage for a full production rehearsal or for touring bands.

Where is your location exactly in Mckees rocks ?

Dan: 1000 Island Ave. 10 minutes from downtown and South Side.

We just want to spread the word that were here with 24 hr. access for bands or whatever else you may need. Arts, dance, anything else you need a space for.

Below is a video shot in one of the fully stocked rehearsal rooms that includes a PA system, backline, stage, and lights. There is currently only one space still available at ABC and it is the room featured in the video. The room can be rented for $50.00 an hour (plus tax) and a security deposit.
